Claire Reynolds

I spent over a month at Laspissotes, and am so happy that I did. After reflecting on my experiences there, I realize how much I learned and took away from my time on René and Sandrine's farm. They were very open to any questions, and tried to give us diverse projects to work on so we were able to learn about different things. Not only... did I learn quite a bit about permaculture and organic farming practices, but I also learned about the lifestyle of the small-scale organic farmer which is something I appreciate just as much. They are extremely hard workers, but still manage to have a good time! They treated us as equals and friends. Their property is absolutely BEAUTIFUL (especially the night skies) and the food is absolutely DELICIOUS! It was also great being able to go to market with them when we wanted, as this was something I really wanted to experience. I wish all the best to Sandrine, René, Ismael and all of their future woofers. I hope to cross paths with them in the future!
